The apartments accommodation is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards throughout. The large living room looks out over the pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many homely touches

The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for a hassle free stay. From sidelights to crockery, you really do only need to bring your own personal belongings (we even provide hairdryers) The luxury kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with washing machine/dryer, dish washer, mircowave and everything you may need to make this a home from home.

The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are three bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All linen, towels and bedding are provided at no extra cost.

Leisure facilities within the building, and exclusive to residents, include a private swimming pool and sauna. There are also basic weight machines and extra showers and bathrooms in the swimming pool complex. The pool is ideal for children and adults after a long day in the city.

There is also a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views and in the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue. There is private parking for up to two cars, and we can provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find all the small lamps lit inside the appartment giving us a warm feeling of welcome as if someone was expecting us!It also avoided fuffling in the dark to find light switches! Tea, coffee, fresh bread, butter and milk were provided. The flat is well situated, not far from the city centre and local shops. I particulary enjoyed the roof terrasse with its views of the castle and chimeny roofed buildings. The sitting room was very comfortable where we enjoyed our evening drinks relaxing in the sofas. Although I would highly recommend this appartment, there are a few things. 6 adults max. 8 would be a squeeze. The heavy stone footed dining table was pushed up to the window and impossible to move to get everyone round it. Bedroom 2 the water tank is in the cupboard and very noisey when someone pulls the chain during the night. Bedroom 3 roof window also very noisey when windy. Lack of ventillation in bathroom.BUT still I would definitely go again

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt! Agnes war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das 3. Zimmer ist sehr eng, aber man kann ins Wohnzimmer auf die Ausziehcouch ausweichen!

A great apartment, very close to city centre, Princes st, Royal mile, Edinburgh castle etc. hats were very accommodating and provided us with a cot and high chair fr our youngest daughter. Our older daughter loved the pool!

appart agréable mais au 4° etage et nous avons eu beaucoup de vent pendant notre séjour difficile de dormir dans le salon.Pas d'eau chaude sur l'évier , plomberie vétuste et bruyante et toilettes dans la salle de bain ( pas pratique quand on est 7 ). par contre accueil chaleureux et courtois.

Thank you Anne Marie for your feedback. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay - we did ensure that the issues were fixed as soon as you reported them to us. Unfortunately Edinburgh can become quite windy at this time of year which can be heard from the window vents when they are open. This can be prevented by closing them and we will ensure that future guests are notified of this. We do agree that whilst the apartment can accommodate 8 people, it is much more comfortable for 6 people as there is only one bathroom. There are additional washroom facilities in the swimming pool area though which guests are welcome to use.
