L'appartement n'est pas partagé et sera donc tout à vous ! Vous aurez ainsi accès à l'intégralité du logement et ses équipements.
Quelqu’un vous attendra à l’appartement le jour de votre arrivée afin de vous remettre les clés et vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement.
Deux trousseaux de clés vous seront remis, afin de faciliter votre indépendance si vous venez à plusieurs.
Un guide écrit est aussi disponible sur place, contenant toutes les explications nécessaires à l'usage du logement, ainsi que des informations sur le quartier et les transports. Quelques brochures et cartes sont aussi mises à disposition.

FUMEURS : autorisés sur le balcon uniquement ! Il est strictement interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de l'appartement, merci.
ANIMAUX : sur demande !
HORAIRES : entrée après 15h, sortie avant 11h, flexibles selon les cas. Supplément pour les arrivées après 22h.
OCCUPATION : l'appartement est destiné à un usage d'habitation uniquement. La réception d'évènements et l'usage commercial ne sont pas autorisés.
CAUTION : 800€ (espèces ou chèque en euros) ou Passeport à l'arrivée. Les chèques ne sont pas encaissés et la caution vous sera rendue à la fin de votre séjour. Elle va de paire avec un état des lieux détaillé, et sert uniquement de garantie en cas de dommages aux biens, mais n’est pas utilisée pour des choses mineures telles que de la vaisselle cassée !

Généralement, les locations de courte durée (moins de 3 jours) sont acceptées seulement si la date d'entrée se situe moins d’un mois à l’avance, ou si les dates sont consécutives à une location existante (le but étant de ne pas bloquer une grande plage de disponibilité pour les locations de plus longue durée).

Gorgeous two bedroom apartment of 70 m² (or 230 ft²) in the heart of the 6th, for up to 4 people, oriented East/West for continuous sunlight. The atmosphere is very cosy and friendly, the whole interior is designed for maximum comfort and functionality, and the equipment could not be more complete. The only thing missing here is you !
In a quiet and safe area, at walkable distance from the city center and the park Tête d’Or, and close to every facilities, its location is ideal for both on foot and motorized travellers.
On the 6th floor with elevator, its lovely balcony and its parking are definitely advantages!

The apartment is not shared and will be all yours! You will thus have access to the entire apartment and its fittings.
Someone will be waiting for you at the apartment on your day of arrival to hand you the keys and explain everything about the apartment.
Two sets of keys will be handed over, in order to facilitate your independence.
A written guide is available on-site, containing all the explanations regarding the use of the appliance, as well as information about the neighborhood and transports. A few brochures and maps are also available.

SMOKERS: allowed on the balcony and in the courtyard only. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, thank you!
PETS: on demand!
SCHEDULE: check in after 3 pm, check out before 11 am, possibly flexible. Supplement for arrivals after 10 pm.
OCCUPATION: The apartment is meant for accommodation only. The reception of events or commercial activities are not permitted.
DEPOSIT: 800€ (cash or cheque in euros) or your passport upon arrival. We will only hold onto it during your stay then hand it back to you at the end of your stay (cheque are not banked). It comes with an inventory of fixtures, and is only a security in case of damage to the apartment or goods, but is not used for minor things such as broken dishes!
LOCAL TAX: included in the price.

Generally, very short rentals (less than 3 days) are only accepted less than one month ahead of time, or if it is consecutive with an existing rental, in order to maintain availabilities for longer rentals.
