This newly renovated 2 double bedroom serviced flat with living room, kitchen and bathroom is available for short term let. The flat enjoys its own private garden.
The flat contains 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and side-tables. A living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom are also available. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The flat may accommodate up to 6 people.
The flat is conveniently located a 2-min walk from Angel station. It is close to Liverpool Road, Upper street and Pentonville Road and hence has access to local amenities such as supermarkets, post office, banks and coffee shops. The apartment is also a 15-min walk from London City University.
The flat has wooden laminated flooring, double glazed windows and central heating and it is well supplied with:

We service the flat every three days, including linen and towel changing.
Parking is available at a nearby location at a charge of £10 per car per day.
A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival, preferably paid by credit card. The deposit is refunded 48 hours after the end of the stay. Refund payments take from 5-7 working days (from check-out date) to clear.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
The exterior of the property is not the best (the back garden is useless, the front is in very bad shape). The flat has everything needed, but is really comfortable for 4 persons, perhaps 5 (the sofa bed is small for two, 1 bathroom for 6 is too much). Flat was clean, all appliances in good shape, towels and bed linen very clean. Location is excellent (2 minutes from the subway, 1 minute from N1 shopping centre and Sainsbury). Great if looking for a place just for sleeping when a short stay in London. Not the best the need to pick the keys in other place. Summarizing, good flat, great area, comfortable for 4.
