This is a property 7 km away from Umag.
The old part of the house is over 150 years old, it has been refurbished and upbuilded. The frontyard is fenced, big enough for lazy pastime, with sunbeds, rocking chairs, swings and inflatable pool for the youngest. The layout of the house is typical istrian: there are two bedrooms on the first floor, one sofa in the passage room, and on the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen and a new bathroom. On the terrace there is a sitting area with garden furniture.

There's a family of 6 people living here, including two small children, eager to meet new friends. We produce high quality vine and olive oil, which you can taste and buy. In the backyard there's a tavern with a fireplace, usually used in winter period for family gatherings and parties, and in the basement a small cellar with our products.

We are situated on biking trail, walking and hiking are also possible. In the area there are many famous restaurants, vine cellars and olive oil trails, horse riding is very near too.

Our guests are our friends, they have all the help they need from us, still with the privacy of their own home. We will treat you as family!
