The living area welcomes you to a large and bright living room with fireplace, study, ideal for reading or reflection, a bathroom and a functional kitchen with access to the large patio, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day. Than the night and its rest, two double bedrooms, one of them with large balcony with sea view and a bathroom. Around the hug of a garden which provides the energy and intensity of the Mediterranean and its most genuine privacy, in the splendor of the summer and warm intimacy in winter, typical of Sardinia.
In the prices are included consumptions, towels and bed linen, included the changeover that usually is done on Saturdays. To be paid in loco at the key holder on the arrival date are the final cleanings and the deposit that will be returned on the departure date.

We found the villa clean and tidy , with a well equipped kitchen (the only essential thing missing for us was an electric kettle for tea making , it took forever to boil water in a saucepan !) Our only grumble is that on your description of the villa , you said it had wifi internet , it does not. We carried our laptop all the way to Sardinia to be told on arrival that we couldn't use it in the property. We were very disappointed. We found the second bedroom more suited to children , as once the second bed is pulled out from under the first there was not enough room to move about comfortably , also the beach towels in that room were too small , more for a childs use. Speaking of children ,I would say that anyone taking children to this villa need to be told that the stairs have no rails and could be dangerous . Garden and beach furniture would have made the use of the garden and local beach more enjoyable and a light blanket or duvet for the beds use on cooler nights.
