Para nosotros es un gusto poder recibirlos en este encantador apartamento en el corazón artístico de Barcelona (Barrio del Eixample) junto a una de las paradas del Aerobús (Autobús azul parada Urgell que en 15-20 minutos viene directo del aeropuerto) y a tan solo 1 minuto andando de la estación de metro "Urgell" L1 y de las lineas de autobuses 9, 13,20,24,37,41, 50,55, 59,91,H12 estos autobuses y el metro conectan la zona con cualquier punto de Barcelona y también de su playa; a 10 minutos paseando de la Rambla y del Paseo de Gracia donde se encuentra la Casa Batlló y la Pedrera de Gaudi y a 2 paradas de metro de la Feria de Barcelona (Plaza España).

El apartamento está en una tercera planta con ascensor, dispone de una capacidad para 4 personas, consta de dos habitaciones, 1 dobles y 1 con cama individual-doble, todas con armarios y funda nórdica; luminoso salón comedor con un cómodo sofá chaisse lounge y TV plasma con salida a un soleado balcón, 1 amplio baño completo con bañera y una moderna y completa cocina equipada con microondas , exprimidora de jugos , tostadora, vitrocerámica, incluyendo una cafetera Nexpresso con unas cápsulas de bienvenida; en definitiva dotado de todo el menaje doméstico necesario, incluida plancha que le permitirá sentirse como en su hogar. Además cuenta con Wi-fi , aire acondicionado, calefacción, galería con lavadora más secadora y un pequeño estudio donde poder leer/estudiar.

Si os acercais a Barcelona en coche podemos reservaros un parking con un coste adicional sin ningún problema : 2-3 días 50€ 4-5 días 60 €, 6-7 días 70 €, 8-9-10 días 95 €, 11-12-13-14-15 días 115 €

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was excellent - easy to walk to many of the places you would want to visit. The hosts were great with their communication before and after our visit. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others and if we return to Barcelona, we could stay there again. Thank you!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Barcelona verbacht. Tirso und Noemi haben einen großen Beitrag dazu geleistet! Das Apartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprechen dem Angebot. Die Lage ist super zentral. Wir konnten alles gewünschte zu Fuß oder mit der metro erreichen. Wir haben im Computerzimmer eine Auswahl an Ausflugs- und Restaurantempfehlungen vorgefunden. Das war äußerst hilfreich, da es unser erster Aufenthalt in Barcelona war. Tirso und Noemi waren sehr gut erreichbar und haben bei auftretenden Fragen ihre Hilfe angeboten. Die Kaution wurde wie versprochen umgehend zurück überwiesen. Diese Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und ich glaube, dass es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei ihnen in Barcelona war!!!

Appartement très bien centré , très propre et joliment meublé. Le seul bémol est bruyant a cause situé sur route a grande circulation.mais heureusement climatisation . A recommander.

Such a beautiful Holiday !!! Barcelona is an amazing city and the fact that we choose this particular apartment make our trip PERFECT !!! Millions of thanks to Noemi & Tirso and kisses to litle Ona... The apartament is perfect choise if you want to visit Barcelona... Clean,big enough for 4 people with all you may want, very well positioned !!! I can't find any reason not to come back (of course this is a sweet, sweet dream) I recommended with all my heart !!!

Perfekte, reibungslose und transparente Organisation mit den Vermietern. Top! Schnell, nett und präzise. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Sie hat alles erfüllt, was versprochen wurde. Die Lage ist sehr gut für uns. Wir konnten den gesamten Altstadtbereich zu Fuß erkunden, waren außerhalb des Touristentrubels in einem von vielen Studenten und Einheimischen bewohnten Viertel mit hervorragender Infrastruktur und Gastronomie. Die Wohnung ist von Größe, Ausstattung, Stil und Ästhetik und Zustand sehr gut bis top zu bewerten. Auch in der Küche waren die wichtigen Kleinigkeiten, wie Salz, Essig und Öl etc. in guter Qualität vorhanden. Vielen Dank an die großartigen Vermieter.
