Apartment: Built in 2008, this apartment offers 2 quiet rooms for up to 5 persons. It is fully equipped, therefore optimal even for extended stay on business or for family city breaks. The building has own indoor parking (extra fee) and elevator. The apartment has 47sqm: spacious living room + kitchen (29 sqm), bedroom (10 sqm), bathroom with toilet, each room is accessible from a small antechamber. Free broadband internet with WiFi and TV channels in English, German, French, Greek and Italian.

Location: next to Lehel Market Hall (230m) and M3 metro line (the blue line) Lehel tér station (300m). The Parliament is 20 minutes walk.

Parking: own indoor parking for 1 car on level -2.

Maximal capacity: 4 guests +1 guest on extra bed. The minimum price is based on 2 guests, but may be booked by 1 guest as well.

Beds: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) in the bedroom, 1 sofa convertible to double bed (160x200cm) and 1 extra bed (80x190cm) in the living room.

For your comfort: hypoallergenic blankets and pillows (small+large), cotton bed-linen, light extra blanket, 2 towels (50x100cm and 70x140cm) for each guest.

Antechamber: coat-stand, shoe-case, shoe cleaning tools, mirror, entry-phone.

Danke Andras für die nette Zeit die wir in deiner Wohnung verbringen durften.Alles super Check in super und die ganze Zeit war alles top.Lage der Wohnung genial verkehrstechnisch und auch einkauftechnich super.Ausstattung der Wohnung super.Wer da meckert, dem ist nicht zu helfen.Wir können diesen Gastgeber und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.Was besseres gibt es nicht,Andras war jederzeit bereit uns Tipps zu geben und die waren auch toll. Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und man fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause.Hier nochmals einen Dank an Andras!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vielleicht bis bald sagen ganz lieb Tschüß und Danke Andrea und Michael Heinrichs

mo fhear céile agus d'fhan mé ag an árasán an tseachtain seo caite. Bhí sé le fanacht an-taitneamhach, bhí an árasán an-chompordach, bhí gach rud an seo, cuireadh feabhas glan, te agus suíomh iontach, agus an-tapa wifi ár fanacht ag an nádúr cairdiúil ar ár Andras óstach. Inseoidh mé definetely mo chairde faoi seo árasán mór.

We spent 5 days in this apartment and were very happy with everything. It was spotlessly clean, a good size for a couple and it has very fast wifi. The entire building including the parking was secure and Andras helped us with questions about things to do in Budapest. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Just returned 6 days stay at this property. This was our first booking through House Trip and would highly recommend it. From start to finish the Host, Andras was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to arrival he supplied information and prices on the various transport options from the airport and also sent a Guest Guide with useful local information. He met us, as arranged at the property and went through things with us. The property was well equipped, clean and modern, near to a large indoor fresh food market and the West End Shopping Centre. We would recommend this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
