You can visit Murcia city, which is 20 km away, Cartagena 30 km, or Alicante 70 km.
La Torre Golf Resort is located in an area with nice weather (over 300 days of sunshine in the year) and good temperature to play golf and enjoy the swimming pool and gardens. It is not far from the beach, 10 km. You can go to some of the best beaches in the region, all of them 10-20 min. away from the resort: El Mar Menor (Narejos beach), San Pedro del Pinatar (La Llana beach) and in Alicante (Cala del Capitán beach). This little distance from the beach ensures a quiet environment and agreeable temperatures as well as low humidity level, compared to other areas in the region.
