Offering a comfortable stay in the heart of the city with mixed modern and traditional Turkish décor just 100 meters from Taksim Square.

The air-conditioned 40 sqm studio apartment(4th floor with balcony) features with double beds and a single sofa bed, includes satellite TV (international and local channels are available), free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen.The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

Istanbul card for public transportation, drinking water,detergent for washing machine ,soap,shampoo for free. You can rent a Turkish mobile phone including simcard for 10 Euros.

I am living on the same street so I am reachable 24/7.

A selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate area, especially surrounding the famous shopping street, Istiklal Avenue. Taksim Square is a cultural meeting point, lively and fun both day and night.

For Ataturk International Airport, Havatas Airport Shuttle Bus is just a 5-minute walk away. Taksim Square offers excellent transport connections (metro, tram, bus) to the historic Sultanahmet District (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace).

Private pick-up from airport or transportation services are available whenever you want during your stay. The service is given by myself with my own car (VAN) due to extra fee.

We had a wonderful time in Istanbul. The apartment was in a very good location, it was very clean and warm. The bed was very comfy and a little balcony at the end of the bedroom to have breakfast when the weather is warm enough! It was a bit chilly being early March. Isik the host was an extremely helpful individual who couldn't do enough for us even down to printing off our boarding passes when it became apparent we could not print them off. Upon departure we had found difficulty in finding our transfer bus stop which Isik was more than happy to advise us of once we emailed him. A great experience, a wonderful host and we will definitely be returning. There are a tight set of stairs going up three floors so not advisable if you are disabled or are an elderly couple. Overall an excellent choice. Many thanks Isik for making us feel so welcome. Melody and Mohsin :)

An extremely comfortable, well equipped studio apartment. Great location close to Taksim Square and Metro, but well away from the tourist ghetto in the old city, yet only 20 minutes away by very efficient tram service. Isik, our host, could not have been any more helpful, providing Istanbul transport card and lots of good advice. Corner grocery shops only a few steps away, and supermarket only a short walk. A real haven a t the end of long days sightseeing. Made us feel we were experiencing the real Istanbul. And walking up the 58 steps to the apartment several times a day was good exercise. We stayed 9 nights, and the apartment was cleaned and fresh linen provided in the middle of the stay. Highly recommended- we would definitely stay there again on return visits.
