This luxury top floor apartment with views over the ocean to La Gomera is 5 mins walk from the sea front in a residential complex with large pool, children's pool and gardened solarium.There are lifts to all floors and a community room with library and free WI-FI.
The area boasts 3 beaches (1 blue flag), a marina, bars, restaurants, entertainment and supermarkets and is most suitable to young families and an older age group. There is a regular bus service to all parts of the island and local taxis provide a reliable service.
The apartment is equiped to a very high standard with a 32" LCD TV (14 English Channels) CD Player,and Radio. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted robes and chests and ensuit bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted robes and chests and adjoining shower room. Bed linen and towels are supplied. The fully fitted modern kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c, microwave oven and hob.
The 25sq mtr balcony is equipped with loungers, easy chairs and dining table with 6 chairs and has full winter sun.
There is airconditioning in all rooms and electronic controlled video/telephone entry to the complex.
