Just 10 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes, too, from Sitges, you will find this quiet apartment with excellent location.

Quiet apartment just 100 meters from the beach of Castelldefels.

The large terrace with wooden furniture, you can have breakfast, lunch, relax with a glass of wine or reading a book ...

In just 2 minutes walk, you're on the beach, enjoy a good meal in exquisite restaurants, biking, skating or walking through the lengthy seafront promenade. It's a really relaxing place.

Castelldefels, is a town where you can enjoy the tranquility and party when you want, without disturbing those who want tranquility.
Only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a nice and exclusive musical club, with chill-out area in front of the beach, which also has a restaurant area with exquisite plates.

Castelldefels is located at the heart of Costa del Garraf, between the mountainous landscape of the massif of Garraf and the Mediterranean. More than five kilometres worth of fine beaches are found there, only a few minutes away form Barcelona and its international airport.

This exceptional location makes it an attractive tourist destination for those who wish to observe the sharp contrasts that the region of Baix Llobregat exhibits. Thus, the visitor will be able to play any water sport in the unbeatable facilities of the marina, including canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built for the 1992 Olympics. The lovely temperatures of the coast of Barcelona will let us enjoy the Mediterranean waters, and the rich artistic heritage. The ancient castle of Fels, which gave this town its name, dominates the coastline of the city. We can also see medieval defence towers, erected in the 16th century, such as the towers of Can Ballester and Barona Tower.

We had a fabulous holiday in this apartment and surrounding area. Less than a minute to the beach with lots of family friendly restaurants nearby it suited our needs very well. A bus leaves from the bottom of the road right to the centre of Barcelona to add variety to your stay. Apartment was bigger than expected, clean, all mod cons inc. washing machine and excellent shower. One slight drawback for some might be distance to shops for groceries especially if you are without car/ bike as we were. However there is a good bakery beside La Pava nearby who stock some basics. I also would have liked if beds had been made when we arrived especially considering the extra housekeeping charges we had to pay. Similarly one housekeeping visit during our 2 week stay would have been nice for this charge too. But overall I have been recommending this apartment and the surrounding area to all who'll listen! Thanks!

We were delighted when we received comments about our apartments ... and much more satisfaction when we see reflected much satisfaction. Responding to the issue of finding, beds made ... I want to clarify why we do not do, because it is not a matter of saving time cleaning person. It seems more hygienic, clients, the sheets are folded, and on the bed. Anyway, I note ... all comments are received positively. We can not improve if you do not know, defects valued by customers. Wir waren von der Außenansicht und dem Treppenhaus etwas geschockt, als wir ankamen. Das Innere der Wohnung war dann aber okay, allerdings hätten wir für diesen Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Wer wirklich mit drei Kindern reisen will, für den ist es sehr eng. Oben auf dem Etagenbett ist es etwas gefährlich, weil die Absturzsicherung bloße Zierde ist, aber nichts taugt. Es hat uns sehr geärhert, dass wir die Betten selbst beziehen mussten und die Bezüge nicht auf die Decken gepasst haben, ziemlich löchrig waren und nicht frisch rochen. Bei 80 Euro Reinigungskosten fragt man sich, wie das zu rechtfertigen ist. Mit der Ausstattung der Küche und der Lage der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Weil es uns nicht klar war, hier noch einmal eine wichtige Info: Die Kaution muss in bar bei Ahnkunft und Überreichen der Schlüssel an die Vermieter bezahlt werden. Wenn am Ende alles okay ist, gibt es 220 Euro zurück (Reinigung abgezogen). Das ist, wenn auch nur lückenhaft, nur im Kleingedruckten erwähnt.

Hi Bettina, us, if we are surprised by this review. The photos accurately reflect the reality of the apartment, there is not a single detail different. Concerning the price ... 103 euros daily for 5 people (for house trip) 88 euros a day for us, do you think that is not justified? A clean apartment, renovated, terrace, pool, dishwasher, air conditioning, internet, less than 100 meters from the beach ... Do you really not justified? The bunk bed has a logical and normal protection. Same as in the photo and the normal for this type of bed. I do not understand what you mean, it did not smell fresh, and did not fit ... all clothing is freshly cleaned for each new customer, and are the corresponding measures to bed. The cleaning 80 euros, are well justified. This price also includes the cleaning of sheets and towels for 5 people. Also, you can not say that the house was not very clean. Payment of deposit and cleaning, is paid on arrival, by rules of House Trip and get very clear, not in the fine print. Print them ourselves, booking confirmation, and the announcement of the apartment, which reflects very clear and show them, that is not in the fine print. If you have not seen or have not understood, not a reason to send a negative message with the intention to alarm people. Saying that it is in the fine print, insinuating a hoax. You mention that should be charged when you book. So, not surprised, when only paid, 517 euros? Given that the deposit and cleaning are 380, do you think it would rent an apartment for 127 euros, 5 people, 5 nights? I regret having to write this, but your review is very unjust, I just want to think ... you have rented a few times, this type of apartments. Luckily, in 18 years ... this is the first time I meet with a situation. Likewise, I thank you for your reservation.
