In the exact heart of Barcelona, the flat has a beautiful feel, both modern and at the same time an old world charm thanks to the beautiful exposed brick and classic mosaic floor.

Even more important in practical terms is the absolute central location just a mere block from Pl. Catalunya and the top of the Ramblas. Our flat is located on the border between the Old Town (Ciutat Vella) on one side and Eixample on the other. Both areas are great for strolling around, finding nice places to eat and having drinks as well as of course being just beside the main tourist sites.

Finally, the flat offers a peaceful and quiet break once your sightseeing has been finished for the day.

Merci David pour votre accueil. Le logement était très bien, avec une situation géographique idéale pour visiter barcelone. Petit remarque : pensez à changer la fenêtre de la grande chambre pour améliorer l'isolation et surtout il faut des petites cuillères pour le petit déj. Sinon le reste est top !!!

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, antwortet immer zeitnah auf Anfragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung, die ganz zentral liegt. Das ist wirklich großartig! Die Zimmer liegen zum kleinen Innenhof, das ist ok, es kann aber auch Abluftbelästigung geben. Wir fanden es dort aber wunderbar! Und es ist dor sehr sauber! DANKESCHÖN

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la place Catalunya. Les ouvertures donnent du côté opposé à la rue donc, peu bruyant. Les conseils donnés par David ont été très appréciables.
