A charming apartment for rent per days, very cozy, new and SUPER clean!
This is a studio flat (bedsit) in the "loft" style . Very well communicated next to the metro.
There are all kinds of necessary household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, oven, etc..) and the most comfortable mattress you have ever slept on.
Located in a quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a party in the city, this is not your apartment. There are no nightclubs or pubs in the area , and it is not the type of resident that I look for.
If, however, you are looking for a special apartment, bright and quiet, where you can rest at the end of a day of sightseeing, with all the comforts and just 15 minutes away from the city center by subway, this is your place.
And why is it the most special place ever? Because apart from all the nice things mentioned above, all the paintings and drawings that decorate the walls have been made by me, a visual artist.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Barcelone dans ce joli studio, situé dans un quartier calme. Xavi nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donner de très bonnes adresses et astuces pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour les couples qui souhaitent visiter Barcelone la journée et se reposer le soir. Le plus de se studio : Il est tout équipé et se situe à proximité d'une gare et d'une bouche de métro. Deux centres commerciaux se trouvent non loin de l'appartement ainsi qu'une grande piscine publique, agréable pour ceux qui veulent des coins d'ombres ( introuvable sur la plage et beaucoup) et du calme. Le moins : aucun, tout était conforme à nos attentes ! Merci beaucoup Xavi !

Tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup Xavi pour ton accueil. L'appartement est très beau, bien situé et très bien équipé ! Merci également pour les bonnes adresses que tu nous a données ! Nous recommandons cet appartement pour les couples qui souhaitent dormir au calme tout en étant à quelques stations de métro du centre de Barcelone !

Un trè bel appart, proche de métro, du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très sympas. Les restaurants paëlla qu'il nous propose sont super bon. Si nous retournerons à Barcelone, nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre cet appart. Merci Xavier pour ton accueil. Anne-Laure & Bo

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern- in fact, it looks even nicer in person than in the pictures! Well situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and so close to the metro station too. Absolutely perfect apartment and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Xavi is a lovely host and answered all of our questions and put us at ease, even when we had passport problems prior to the trip. We would 100% stay here again!!

Xavi hat uns, obwohl wir wegen einer extremen Verspätung erst nach Mitternacht ankamen, sehr freundlich empfangen und das Apt. erklärt. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig gelegen und sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
