Description
The villa is located in the Jardins da Branqueira just 5 minute drive from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge dining room 39m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with Edesa appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms in which two are on suite. Two bedrooms with king size double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have super king size double beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
8 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade. Security guard rail provided if necessary to prevent children from going into the pool, with no extra charge.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking in garage for two cars.

Rental weeks: From Saturday to Saturday (In high season). Short stays allowed from 4 days (In low season). All charges-included. Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (Final Balance) is paid on check in, (This does not apply if you Book Online directly with Holidaylettings or TripAdvisor). Discount depending on length of stay. Price depending on the number of persons. Refundable 250€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays. Key pick up with owner. Supplement for heating and cooling of 10€ per day maybe requested, depending on the season. Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.

“Villa-amours”
A spacious clean well appointed villa. A pleasant area close to town and beach, a car is needed for both. The villa was spacious with all mod cons. The washing machine and dish washer made sure it truly was a holiday. The children loved the outside garden, and adults enjoyed the outside eating area. The pool was small but cold, but this was not surprising at the end of October! Everything was clean, and the availability of having towels was great. There was a small welcome pack of tea and coffee, which was very welcome before a shopping expedition. Nuno was very helpful about the area and allowed earlier access to the villa our children. Thank you for everything.
