The villa is located at the foot of a beautiful village you can reach a few km to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and the sea. just 15 minutes from Volterra and San Gimugnano. Built in the mid-900 was the village school until the 70s, completely renovated and converted into a villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, with flat screen TV and satellite, dining room and large kitchen with table It has been furnished with original furniture of the early 900. They are about 210 meters. all on the same floor, with 3 access doors to the garden, completely fenced and with a beautiful hedge in laurel for your privacy, with a wrought iron gazebo with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills .Immersa among the olive trees the pool with baby bathtub, completely fenced for the safety of your children, with numerous wooden beds, umbrellas. Barbecue, wooden gazebo with chairs and a huge table, and a wood oven right at the exit of the kitchen door. free WIFI internet throughout the villa and garden, laundry room with washing machine and sink, parking, courtesy kit in the bathrooms, soap for washing, detergent and tablets for dishwashers, bed linen and towels, pool towels ..., safe, and alarm , from the villa on foot (only 200 meters) you can reach the Market, the pizzeria restaurant..and the church

“A 5 Star Villa”
This villa is wonderful!!This was our 3rd trip to Tuscany and this is my favorite villa.It is furnished beautifully -so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!! Manuela and her daughter could not have been nicer.We felt that they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.We arrived late and hungry our first night and Manuela set it up for us to have a late dinner at a local restaurant-the food was superb and the host was a joy. Given the opportunity ,we will definitely return to this villa.We tell everyone about it. It is without a doubt a 5 star accommodation .
