Luxury 5th floor apartment (we have another ground floor apartment too,see listing 1289564...and also a new ground floor 2 bed listing 6411137) in an excellent location for holidays providing a comfortable, homely environment for your stay. Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge with fully fitted and equipped kitchen and doors to a private balcony with stunning sea view. A large walk in shower room and a double bedroom. There is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage in the apartment and there is absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The communal swimming pool has sunbathing terraces, a separate childrens' pool, garden area and an outside lounge area with comfortable seating. The roof terrace has fabulous views of the sea, Old Town, countryside and beach beyond and has sun all day. There is secure wifi available in the apartment and also communal wifi in reception and in the pool area. All tv's in the apartments have a spare hdmi lead fitted so if guests bring an adaptor for their phone or tablet and dowload "Filmon" you can watch all UK channels :-) Guests with cars have the added bonus of the underground remote entry garage with lift access directly to the apartment floor. The apartment is suitable for all ages. Whether looking for a fun packed action holiday or a get away from it all break the location is perfect for both. Literally 2 minutes walk and you can go through the tunnel to the beach or use the lift to the beach and the same distance to the Old Town square. Just perfect!!

“Lovely apartment”
My Husband and I enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. In a quiet courtyard, next to a beautiful little church. Had everything we needed. Lovely sea view from balcony too. Secure entry and in a perfect location for walking to the shops, restaurants and beach within 5 or 10 minutes. Also walked to new town area in around 20/25 minutes. Would recommend. Also just had security deposit refunded very quickly. Booking was easy and Maureen who arranged the booking was very helpful and communication was excellent. Thank you

“Excellent apartment”
The apartment was modern and clean .it had everything you could need including a cool box and even a parasol. The balcony had lovely views to the sea and great to sit on in a morning for breakfast. Close to beach and old town but far enough way to enjoy some peace. Maureen was great and replied promptly providing all the information required and the deposit was returned swiftly. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
“Fantastic Apartment”
We visit Albufeira regularly and have done so for many years. This wasn't our first time at Bay View but was the first in apartment 505. The apartments themselves are perfectly located for the old town and all amenities with several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and others just a short walk away. Perfect also for the beach and exploring the local area. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you could need as a home away from home. A good selection of kitchen utensils etc. Bay View and the apartment is very secure. The shower is especially good after a long day on the beach! It was lovely to be able to grab a takeaway pizza from Eddie's (just opposite) and log into Netflix and watch a film when we came back from drinks one evening-perfect for a night in if you fancy it! The small balcony overlooks the church and down towards Eddies and Blue Bell bar, with the beautiful backdrop of the sea. The roof terrace and pool areas are available should you want to stretch out a bit more but with so many beautiful beaches to choose from, we didn't use,these much. The air conditioning is a god send in the often hot summers and the apartment remained cool and very comfortable. The booking process was flawless and Maureen was on hand to help with any queries/instructions etc. The breakage deposit was returned super swiftly! We enjoyed our stay at 505 so much that we are already booking again (not something we usually do!). Thank you Russel and Maureen-see you soon!
“excellent stay”
beautiful very well equipped clean apartment . perfectly placed far enough away from the noise and bustle yet only 5 mins away from the square and 10 mins to Iguana bar and Rossio restaurant (both worth visiting). Arriving and checking in the apartment was a doddle thanks to Maureen ,within 45 mins of landing at Faro we had dropped off the bags and had a long cold cocktail in Merlins bar across from Bayview . Would recommend 505 and will defo stay there again
“Fab little apartment”
I stayed here in June 2019 on a first time visit to Albufeira. Maureen was fantastic with the booking and details, she explained everything so well and made the whole process extremely easy. We used the transfer service by Nick from the airport . He was brilliant and we booked him to take us on to Vilamoura, and again back to the airport, he was full of knowledge and helpful tips. The apartment is exactly as described and I think even better than the pics. It has everything you need, a little home from home. The air con is brilliant as was the great big shower. Hairdryer is supplied and even a little cool box to make use of. Tv channels available also and excellent wi-Fi. The pool facilities were great too with a shower block and loos. The location is superb. The small balcony (seats 2) overlooks Santa Ana Church, very pretty. 5 mins walk downhill to beach through the tunnel, and also the main square and cobbled shopping streets. Lots of restaurants and bars at hand. Small grocery shops nearby. Breakages deposit returned swiftly. All in all a great little place.

Location is great, very close to the beach, and very close to the old town with its cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Beautiful view from the apartment balcony, as well as from the top terrace. Free parking right by the building, but you don't need a car, as you can walk everywhere. The apartment is chic, very clean and cozy. The shower is well designed and a pleasure to use. We didn't cook because the restaurants are many and very close, but the kitchenette was handy for our morning cuppa and a light breakfast. And I must mention Maureen, who is of so wonderful and of paramount help. She took great care of us, gave us easy to follow instructions for everything we needed to know, or do, around the apartment, as well as answered all our questions, and more. We loved our stay in Albufeira and will hope to return.
