Description

Walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve: Praia da Oura (the Golden Beach). The area also offers tens of restaurants and bars. It's just a 5 minutes drive to central Albufeira, one of the most picturesque towns in Portugal.
However, the apartment is located in a hotel (that includes some privately owned apartments) with quiet and well kept gardens. Relax at the new common pool or at the big sunny balcony, from which you can see the pool and the sea. You can also use all the services of the hotel, like breakfast, restaurant, bar and additional cleanings for an extra charge.
The apartment offers 2 twin air conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. .

Great location, big clean apartment enormous terrace style balcony. Would be happy to stay here again. I was travelling alone with 3 children everything went smoothly and the owner was very helpful, honest and straightforward.

Booking in was as advised by Ricardo S -- apartment was clean and well equipped but at this end of the season needed a little TLC(inherited minor problems as cracked shower head which flooded shower room,also the extractor not working in said shower room, light bulbs missing in lamps, no light on balcony, wall switch near main bathroom was flopping about therefore no light over sink etc) -- BUT maid service was as promised very helpful -- nothing spoiled our holiday -- WHAT A BALCONY sun from morning till night -- gated resort is familiar to us from other visits more than happy to return to both the apartment and area. ,

We had a really good time at this apartment. There are a number of different pools to choose from around the hotel. Had a really good time with my husband and 2 kids, 4 and 1.5. They enjoyed the pools and at night there is a bouncy castle and entertainment to go to. The apartment was perfect 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony was the huge, the biggest of all the apartments in complex. The Owner was very easy to deal with. It is about 5 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the strip in the other direction. Very safe and perfect location

Beautiful apartment, enormous balcony with full view over the pool and partial sea view. Very well located not far from beautiful beach and strip of bars and restaurants. Seems to get very busy at weekends with groups/ stags but can quite easily be avoided. Even very hot days were helped by the sea breeze. Our second visit to Praia da Oura and I hope not our last!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Ricardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
