"Mercat Nou" can be found at the top of Ibiza town just below "Parc de la Paz", which by the way is a nice park to sit and contemplate what you will cook for lunch or dinner! You can find all the ingredients needed to make any dish from Spain or beyond.
For ingredients, it has to be the central market in Ibiza Town. It has fantastic fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, cured meats and cheese specialists, as well as wines and oils.
The organic market in the square at the foot of Dalt Vila is worth a visit too, for the setting as well as the stalls - which are few in number but high on quality.
