It is located in the centre of town, specifically in one of the best and safest areas, right in front of the famous "Arc de Triomf" (address: Ronda Sant Pere St nº49 1st floor), in the traditional Eixample neighbourhood, right in the border to Old Town (Casc Antic).
1 min walking from most of the restaurants, discos bars and terraces of the Borne and Gothic area, 4 blocks away from Plaza Catalunya (heart of town)
Also close to “Barceloneta” beach (most famous and touristic in town), and only 2min walking to “Las Ramblas”, Cathedral, City Hall, Picasso Museum, Palau de la Música, etc.
There’s a metro station right in front (“Arc de Triumf”, red line), from where you can reach any other hot spot in town (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Forum, FIRA, Sants Station, etc). There are also available plenty of other metros and buses combinations in the area.
Estacio del Nord (buses coming from Girona Airport -Ryanair-) is 250mts away.
The apartment:
Renovated 3 years ago. It has 1 separated double bedroom, big wide and exterior dinning room, and a nice 25m2 private terrace with a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy nice moments. There’s another supplementary double bedroom outside, in the terrace.
In the living room there’re 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed.
The kitchen and bathroom are in excellent condition (renovated 2 years ago). Send you pictures.
It is fully equipped (TV, fridge, fans, heaters, microwave, cooking elements, toaster, washer, etc…).
The apartment is large enough to hold comfortably up to 5 or 6 persons.
The building is a classical one (with doorman), recently renovated, now in perfect condition.
