Die Lage ist gut, leicht öffentlich erreichbar, allerdings herrschen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hauses slumartige Zustände.Das Apartement hat niemals die angegebenen 35qm, eher 20qm, ist also winzig. Es gab keinen ordentlichen Tisch (Klapptisch unmontiert an der Wand lehnend), im SZ mussten wir den Vorhang erst selbst einhängen; TV okay, aber nur türkische Kanäle, Internet zu aktivieren schafften wir nicht; Abhilfe durch den Vermieter gab es trotz Telefonkontakt nicht; Küche mit Wasserkocher, Ein-Platten-Elektrokocher, ohne Geschirrtuch, ohne ordentliches Messer etc. sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein lieblos gewartetes Apartement, das auch den relativ günstigen Preis nicht wert ist.
