Luxury 3 double bedroom apartment in central London, Islington. Recently refurbished to a high standard. 5 minutes walk to metro, 3 minutes to bus stop, this superby located flat is moments from transport with tube journey times to the West end/Oxford circus only 10 minutes and bus journey 20 minutes. It is also only a 2 minute walk to the lively Upper street where many bars, restaurants and entertainment can be found

FLAT LOCATION
The nearest tube station to the flat is Highbury and Islington which is on the Victoria line, one stop from Kings Cross(and direct from Victoria station which is the destination of the Gatwick Express). Turn right out of the station and then immediately right again after 20 meters. Walk down Upper Street for approximately 200 metres. When you get to the traffic lights at Islington Park street cross over the road at the crossing, to the other side of Upper Street and then over the other crossing and keep walking down Upper Street another 200 metres. When you pass the large town hall on your left, take the left road. Walk through the bollards where cars cannot pass and past the school playground on the left. Whiston House is the block after the school. Keep walking straight to get to the main entrance which is at the end of the road on the left. You will see an arch that says ‘Bingham Court’. The flat is 20 meters inside the gate on the left on the ground floor

Appart très sympa, hyper bien placé dans un quartier très bo-bo de Londres ! La réalité correspond au descriptif du site, sauf que sur les photos, c'est très lumineux par rapport à la réalité. Néanmoins, quelques désagréments remontés au propriétaire : - le canapé lit ne peut pas être considéré comme un lit car le sommier est hyper rude. A chaque mouvement, on sent les lattes en bois rajoutées à la mano. Le matelas est trop light. Les nuits ont été pénibles. - cafetière inexistante... seule une cafetière italienne pour 2 tasses maxi avec une poignée hors service - la table n'est pas stable ; à 2 endoits, les pieds ne sont pas collés au plateau en verre... danger surtout quand il y a des enfants à surveiller ! - il n'y a que 6 chaises (2 de salon de jardin avec des traces de peinture blanche) pour une location pour 8 personnes. Malgré cela, nous avons profité de l'emplacement idéal de cet appartement et calme ! Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été excellentes. Il est disponible et très agréable.

Un appartement bien agencé. Quelques petits désagréments mais sans grande importance (moquette défraîchie, canapé lit à revoir). Il convient très bien pour 6 - 7 personnes (pour 9 c'est vraiment trop juste). Le quartier est très agréable (boutiques, restaurants, etc) mais aussi très calme. La station de métro est à 5 mn à pied et on est au coeur de Londres en 20 mn. Un endroit à recommander.
