Appartement à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville, accessible par tram ou métro, donc bien placé. Propreté correcte, que ce soit les draps les sols les toilettes ou la salle de bain. Appart en très bon état. Bien pour 4, mais pas pour 6 : en effet le couchage sur le canapé ne convient pas à des personnes de grande taille (max 1m70), car ce n'est pas un canapé lit. un peu de passage dans la rue, les chambres donnant sur celle ci sont donc vite bruyantes. Facilité pour rendre les clés.

Our observations are very much the same as the earlier other review posted on this web site. The hole in the couch as mentioned therein had not yet been fixed during our stay tenure. The apartment itself is not bad at all and is beautifully located. However, the property has been given by the owner to a professionbal agency to rentoutand maintain. It thus does not have a personal touch to it. The washing machine and heaters were not operational/functional, which unconvinienced us a lot. The washroom lines were choked when we reached and we had to call the agency to get it fixed - they never sebt someone to fix the washing machine though they promised. In total, we had to call the agency about 69 times during our stay, the last two being to ask them how they would collect the keys when we left!! Bottom line - Good apartment but very poorly managed and maintained with a impersonal, big city, materialistic touch to it. Very suitable for senior citizens. Overpriced at Euro 130 per night we paid. More reasonable at the current Euro 94 being quoted.

ideal gelegene ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig, große zimmer sehr schönes wohnzimmer mit esstisch, couch hatte ein brandloch sonst ok, bad sehr klein aber die badewanne überzeugt, saubere toilette, parkettboden wirkte nicht ganz so sauber, waren aber im großem und ganzen zufrieden
