Featuring a dining table that sits four, 3 Queen sized beds and 1 Sofa bed. This Midtown apartment is in the middle of United Nations, Grand Central and Sutton Place. Here is a centrally located Full floor 2 Bedroom on East 53rd Street & Third Ave, Surrounded by the United Nations, Grand Central and Sutton Place. It is just steps from major transportation, shops, restaurants, and many attractions. With a large living room this apartment occupies the whole floor. There are 2 amazing piano bars within 2 blocks, cool bars and lounges, fine dining and nightlife around the corner. Quiet street offering NYC character. I like to call this the Quiet Times Square area. You could hop a cab and be in Times Square in 5 minutes. Your right near NYC clubs, lounges, lofts, and chic restaurants. Take a look at the pictures and check out the modern furniture and tasteful artwork. The place has been renovated, refurbished, freshly painted and cleaned to perfection.

Pros: 1) Excellent location if you want to explore Manhattan!! 2). Very clean. 3) Very reasonable price. Cons: 1). The property is right above a restauarant so has the potential to be very noisy for the people sleeping in front room. 2). It is hard to regulate the heat and it was too hot most of the time. 3). There were a few cock roaches which I believe is typical for the city but we had to be careful with where we put food.
L'appartement était conforme à la description, un point à améliorer c'est de placer quelques crochets dans la salle de bains pour y accrocher les essuies et autres choses que l'on place dans celle-ci. L'appartement est très bien situé et la rue est assez calme pour NY. Il y avait 3 cléf ce qui est très bien. Le gros point négatif, nous sommes arrivés le lundi est il y avait des sacs poubelles sur le palier, à notre départ le samedi les sacs y étaient encore, des gros cafards se promenaient dans la cage d'escalier, je n'ai pas cherché à savoir si certains étaient entrés dans l'appartement.
Appartement bien situé et proche du métro. Il est propre mais un peu bruyant(bruit de circulation et de ventilation). La cuisine permet de se faire à manger sans problèmes. Mais il n'y a que 4 chaises et nous étions 6. Un des plus est que la remise des clés est possible tous les jours même le dimanche et une consigne pour les bagages est possible lors du check-out moyennant 5$ par bagage.
