This 3 room apartment is located on the mezzenein floor. Fully newly renovated with 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge and a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. The location is the best you can find in Prenslauerberg Berlin. Just google for all the lovely spots just within the Helmholztplatz surrounding. You are guaranteed a superb stay

Our young family of four absolutely adored this apartment and will be making it our regular place to stay when we visit Berlin. As the pictures suggest, we found it to be clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. Wifi access was strong and unbroken throughout the stay and, whilst parking wasn't on site, we could always find a space nearby covered by the parking permit provided. The excellent location meant that the boys had a fabulous playground straight across the road (more around every corner) and the adults had plenty of cafe options for those necessary coffee breaks! The area is especially family friendly, everywhere caters for children and people with prams and strollers, and public transport options are a short walk away making the rest of the city very accessible. This area seems rather devoid of tourists so you feel like you are experiencing the real Prenzlauerberg. Thank you for a wonderful week, we will be back!
Our flat was in good shape but not the flat We rented. When We got there We noticed it was only two rooms and a kitchen instead of three rooms and kitchen. So We vad not enough of space witch sucked. Now housetrip wants us to Pay for something We did not reseeve. They messsed up, not Us, now still We pay. Do not thrust them!!!!

Host response I communicate from the first enquiry, that my apartment was not available but that we have another one which is one room less, wee also send an email after you still confirm explaining the same and we also decrease the price. I was just trying to help since my was not available. Thanks for the comment!
