Welcome in my lovely parisian apartment !
What do I offer ?
My entire apartment for your touristic week-ends or your working week or month, here in Paris. I travel often for my job so, just ask, and if I'm not at home, my apartment is for you !
It is composed of 2 main rooms (living room and bedroom), a separated kitchen and also separated WC and bathroom.
The bedroom is with one double bed, and you will have full access to refrigerator, oven and anything else you need in the kitchen, TV, free WIFI, washing machine, etc...
This apartment is as typical as parisian flats are, with wood flooring, decorating fire place, etc. It's also very bright, quiet and it's a pleasure for me to work here daily !
We are at a walking distance of minutes to the biggest green park within Paris, called Buttes Chaumont. The famous Canal de l'Ourcq, and its several restaurants, bars and pétanque playing fields (a very typical french game !) is just about 5 minutes. There's also a swimming pool at very close distance (about 3minutes).
Staying here will be a great experience for discovering one of the most attractive places in Paris, for people who want to see something else that "Les Grands Magasins" and you will certainly experience here the real french and parisian life. I can furnish you all interesting places to go.
Conveniently located between the 5 and 2 subway lines, and not so far from Gare du Nord, which is the one you arrive after landing in Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport. A Velib station is also located in the street (this is our parisian bike rental system, very great and useful !)

The apartment location was brilliant with many local shops nearby as well as a McDonalds (if required!). The apartment was easy to get to via Metro and was a five minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The apartment was nearby a stunning park which made a great start to our visit and made for lovely walks in the evenings. The apartment was a great place to stay in and was very clean and homely with character. The host Mojo is an extremely nice host and me and my wife both felt very welcome at his apartment. For our first trip to Paris I'm glad to have stayed here and would definitely recommend to others looking to alternatives to a hotel room. All in all, the trip was enjoyed even more by having a great place to stay in a very safe and welcoming neighbourhood.
