M P A Spectacular apartment on three levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and garden, located on the ground floor in a charming corner of peace and tranquility in the Cannaregio district, an area well served by water buses, restaurants and shops, halfway between Guglie the Bridge and the Ponte dei Tre Archi.
The apartment M P A is placed at the beginning of "Fondamenta San Giobbe" where the entrance to Residenze (number 548/549), within which is located apartment (int. 11). It is located in the heart of Venice, in Sestiere of Cannaregio, in a charming corner of peace and tranquillity, with a beautiful garden. The apartment, newly renovated with modern amenities, is furnished in modern Italian style. Distributed on three floors, has an entrance and has a large living room, kitchen with electric cookers well equipped, double room, double room with two beds or double bed, bathroom with shower, bath, loft with two beds and a sofa bed in living room. The heating and air conditioning is adjustable by visitors. Service air conditioning is not included. Bed linen, towels, blankets and final cleaning are included. Very comfortable for 6 - 8 persons or 3 pairs. Children are welcome! A few steps is the "Strada Nuova" through all the Sestiere of Cannaregio to the Rialto, is an ideal starting point for exploring the city. This is one of the warmest areas of Venice with its typical inns and restaurants, markets and shops of every kind, and allows you to reach even on foot, all strategic points and interest of the town. The apartment M P A enjoys a strategic position close to any means of transport every day and night. It is only ten minutes walk from the railway station of Venice Saint Lucia and two minutes from stops of Public Service of boats . From the train station or Piazzale Roma take Routes 41/42 and get off the piers "Crea" or "Tre Archi". A few metres you will find the entrance to residences (number 548/549) within which is located apartment (int. 11). For those arriving by car parks Tronchetto you can use the line 1 to Piazzale Roma and then the lines 41/42. To arrive directly from airport Marco Polo you can use the bus or a taxi to Piazzale Roma and then the lines of 41/42, or the private line Alilaguna . In the latter case fall to wharf "Guglie", and after covering the "Fondamenta Venier" and "Fondamenta Savorgnan," at the beginning of "Fondamenta San Giobbe" find the entrance to Residenze (number 548/549), within which is located apartment (int. 11). Only 50 metres there is a river of water where a taxi can comfortably dock.

A very nice, comfortable property. the owners, Pier Antonio & Patrizia Minorelli were most helpful & friendly. The facilities were good & the position in on the Cannareggio canal side was excellent. Situated between the Tre Archi & Guglie bridges, it was easy to reach most of Venice on foot or via one of the 3 nearby waterbus stops of Tre Archi, Guglie & Crea (the last of these being almost outside the property)enabling one to reach all the popular tourist areas and the islands of Murano, Burano & Torcello. Also, just outside the property, is a good restaurant/pizzeria with a friendly staff and there are many other restaurants within 5-10 minutes. There are just 2 points which prevent us giving the full 5 stars to the property 1. As a British tea drinking party it was a pity that there was no kettle!!! Every time we wished to have a cup of tea, we had to boil water in a pan - slow and rather inconvenient. 2. No wifi- very desirable th.ese days
Appartement très bien placé, très calme. Fonctionnel spacieux et confortable. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux, donnant de très bons conseils pour le séjour. Nos prochains séjours à Venise se passeront là.
Très bien placé, calme, spacieux, très propre. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, qui en plus conseillent sur de très bonnes adresses. Le vaporetto est à la sortie de la résidence, un régal. La prochaine fois que nous irons à Venise ce sera, c'en est sûr, notre point d'attache.
